With the passing of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), many people might think that the hard work is finished when it comes to Health care policy. Some might even say it is time to focus on the next big public policy issue. Congressional staff have burned themselves out on Health care issues, advocacy groups have reached maximum limits, media outlets are turning their attention to other issues, the Presidential Campaign cycle is starting and the demise of the “super committee” has taken up a lot of attention in Washington.
